About This Event:

The Ipswich Jazz and Blues returns with another afternoon of live music at Venue16.

​

Suffolk-based pianist Oscar Lyons is one of the rising stars of the UK jazz scene. After his impressive IJBC debut in 2023, we are delighted to welcome Oscar back.

His quartet will also feature another top young musician from Suffolk - guitarist and saxophonist Harry Greene. 

Opening the show is Amy Hollingsworth, a vocalist based in London who has recently graduated with a Jazz degree from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Amy takes inspiration from artists like Anita O'Day, Julie London, Stevie Wonder and Al Jarreau.
