At Venue16 our highly experienced in-house AV Technician can create a bespoke package and ensure all technical elements of your event are taken care of, giving you peace of mind and an outstanding event.
Our Function Rooms
With a private entrance, bar, and gardens, this smaller of our two rooms is perfect for gatherings of up to 120 people - ideal for the event you have in mind.
The room's bi-fold doors open up onto a heated marquee, allowing for a graceful extension of the room, and the perfect indoor-outdoor balance.
The Willow Suite
The room's star cloth ceiling adds an extra touch of elegance to your event, accentuated by a professional LED lighting rig that can be tailored to meet your specific needs - from corporate colours to personal favourites.
The Willow Suite can hold up to 250 guests, making it the perfect space for a range of events - from corporate dinners to proms and large parties.
Our building is set in 20+ acres of grounds, from our spacious car parking facilities to private gardens for each venue, to the extensive fields and facilities to the rear of our building.
The grounds behind our rooms and private gardens give the ideal location for team building days to expand outside, parties looking for additional outside space for activities or just for a photograph or two!
