Summer Soul Vibes FAQ's:

Can I bring food & drink to the festival? No - as a small independent business we cannot allow neither food or drink to be brought into the festival arena. There will be plenty of food & drink options available to all who attend on the day.

Is there parking? Parking has SOLD OUT for this event with 300+ vehicles expected to turn up on the day. We are advising attendees to get dropped-off at the event, or to book a taxi to take them to and from the event. Can I bring a chair? Yes - we are encouraging festival goers to bring camping chairs along with them as the event is outside. Please note that large sun-blocking umbrella's/parasols are NOT allowed in - as this will block the view for other attendees. The John Grose VIP Zone will have limited seating for those in attendance, however, this will be on a first-come first-serve basis.

Will there be cover if it rains? - No - this festival is an outdoor event and we will not be providing cover for everyone. The John Grose VIP Zone will have limited covering, but this will be on a first-come first-serve basis. We are encouraging attendees to bring appropriate clothing and/or coverings for all weather such as umbrellas, poncho's and wellies. Unless extreme weather conditions occur...the SHOW WILL GO ON!!

Accessibility FAQ’s:

Can I buy a 'Accessibility Ticket'? Yes - 'Accessibility Tickets' are available to purchase at the same price as a standard 'General Admission' ticket, by purchasing an 'Accessibility Ticket' it will notify the Venue16 team so we can ensure your day is as enjoyable for everyone involved!

Can I buy a Carer Ticket? Yes - 'Carer Tickets' are available to purchase, simply click on the 'Accessible Admission Ticket' and choose the 'Carer Ticket'. All Venue16 ask is that a PROOF of valid I.D is emailed over to 'marketing@venue16.co.uk' before the event.

Will there be a designated 'Accessibility Area'? - Unfortunately, No - this is something Venue16 provided in 2023, however, despite having an area available it wasn't used and therefore we have made the decision to NOT have a designated area. However, the festival arena is on a flat grass surface and has ample viewing for all attendees - if you would like to get a good spot for the day then please arrive at the earliest available time from when doors open.
